Museum in Ústí is one of the eldest building of this kind in North-western Bohemia. It was founded in 1876 as an Art and Industry museum. A permanent exhibition documenting the history of Ústí since the Primeval to the twentieth century, including one of the most important events in its history, and that is the battle of Chlumec in 1813.
